Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Cue Coach mobile application (“Cue Coach,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the App. In short: the App works on your device, has no accounts, and does not record, store or send your audio.
1. Microphone audio
Cue Coach uses your device’s microphone, only while you have tapped Listen, to detect the beat of music playing in the room. Audio is analysed in real time on your device and kept in memory for only a few seconds. It is never recorded, saved to storage, or sent to us or anyone else.
2. No accounts, no tracking
The App does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts or location. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell or share personal information.
3. Information stored on your device
Your settings (accent colour, cue words, chosen speed and cue option) and simple usage counters used to decide when to ask for an App Store rating are stored only on your device. Deleting the App deletes them.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. To confirm whether your subscription is active, the App checks with Apple and may use a subscription service provider (such as RevenueCat) that receives an anonymous app user identifier and your purchase history for the App, solely to verify and restore purchases.
5. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App schedules a reminder on your device before your free trial ends. This is created locally on your device; no data is sent to us.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above will be updated.
