Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cue Coach mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies; if these Terms conflict with it, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.
1. Subscriptions and free trial
- Cue Coach is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual, at the price shown in the App before you subscribe.
- The annual plan may include a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your Apple ID is charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of a free trial). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
2. Using the App
The App gives timing cues based on music it hears through your microphone. Beat detection depends on the music, speaker and room, and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for how you use the cues, including the safety of anyone you teach or train.
3. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell or misuse the App, or use it to break any law or anyone’s rights. You are responsible for having the right to play any music you use with the App.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. It is not medical or fitness advice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept them.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
