It isn’t finding the beat.
Play the song out loud with the speaker reasonably close to your phone. Songs with a clear kick drum or bass work best. Give it about five seconds, and avoid very noisy rooms.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Cue Coach. Or in the App: Settings → Manage subscription.
I reinstalled the App. How do I get my subscription back?
Open the App and tap Restore on the plans screen, or Restore purchases in Settings, signed in with the same Apple ID.
Does the App record me?
No. Audio is analysed on your device in real time and never recorded, saved or sent anywhere.
